Annette Deru

She is a 11-year Lake Havasu resident and mother of a blended family of eight children. She loves meeting new people and sharing with them the beauty of Lake Havasu and the amazing hometown it has become for her children. Her family has owned a local business in Lake Havasu since 1989 and continues to witness and contribute to the city's growth. She worked as a school counselor in Lake Havasu schools for four years and she found her new calling in real estate. As an agent, she works profoundly with Meridian Custom Builders, helping sell new constructed homes and loves to share information about Meridian's featured homes.
